What you’ve missed…

Since our last story, we have had a great run of things – the yard currently striking at 20%.

CAPOTE’S DREAM and BEAUTY STONE have since won two races between them on the bounce, both landing their wins at Kempton. It sure has been a lucky track for us so far this year.

CAPOTE’S DREAM is a 4yo son of Dream Ahead purchased in the Autumn from Tattersalls and is proving to be a very exciting horse for the yard. He is showing a blistering turn of foot not only at home but on the racecourse, winning both his starts for TWR from behind. On February 24th Kieran Shoemark had to hold him up when the race was crawling around, but when let loose he put the race to bed getting his head in front when it counted on the line. Again, however this time under the relentless Hollie Doyle on March 17th the gelding puts in a last to first, hearting stopping performance finishing with his head in front at the last possible second. There is plenty left in the tank and now he is able to run his race, we look forward to many more bright days ahead.

BEAUTY STONE has given the yard three wins, two of which were this season already. After giving the yard its first double in February under Hollie Doyle, the mare won again since under Richard Kingscote. This is a great filly who after a short break is ready to go again and we look forward what more she has to offer for her owners, Sangster Bloodstock.

You’re now caught up…

Runners coming up include VALENTINE BLUES on Friday at Lingfield. We’ve also got a few heading to Kempton next Wednesday before we hit the turf!
